To enter: You may enter the sweepstakes in one of the following ways. 1)
Select the EZsweeps.com $100 Sweepstakes
on the EZsweeps.com page and follow the instructions, if any, presented on
the screen. 2) Enter through any other manner on the internet authorized
by Ascendant Media or GoZing.
1 entry per person. Any multiple or subsequent entries
by the same sweepstakes entrant into the sweepstakes that are obtained in
any other manner are invalid and will be discarded. You should receive an
Email within 24 hours confirming your online entry. Online entries must be
received no later than the sweepstakes deadline of 12:00 Midnight, Central
Time, October 31st, 2005. Entry's containing incomplete or inaccurate
information or received after the sweepstakes deadline will be disqualified.
Neither EZsweeps.com or Ascendant Media, Inc, or GoZing will be
responsible for any entries not properly or accurately transmitted or received
due to any cause whatsoever.
The Prize: Ascendant Media will award the Grand Prize for this sweepstakes; $100
cash. The sponsor
of this sweepstakes is GoZing. The operator of
this sweepstakes is Ascendant Media, Inc. The winner will be selected by
Ascendant Media on behalf of GoZing in a random
drawing from all valid entries received, to be held within 2 weeks after
the sweepstakes deadline. Odds of winning depend on the number of sweepstakes
entrants
To Win: In a random drawing to be held within two (2) weeks of October 31st,
2005 one entry will be selected from all valid entries received prior to
the sweepstakes deadline. Void wherever prohibited by law.

The winner will have ten (10) days to claim their prizes and must present
identification which is satisfactory to Ascendant Media, Inc., 810 Dominican Dr., Nashville, TN 37228 after notification. Ascendant Media reserves the right to extend
this ten (10) day period to another specified time to accommodate the winner
in the event of an unusual circumstance.
All federal, state and local laws apply. In the event the selected entrant
wins the grand prize, then all taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner will be required to complete any appropriate IRS forms. The purpose
of these forms would be to gather the necessary information to complete form
1099-MISC. By signing such forms the winner will be attesting to the accuracy
of the information contained therein. Ascendant Media will file form 1099-MISC
with the Internal Revenue Service and furnish the sweepstakes winner with
a copy of this form. These forms are to be mailed to the sweepstakes winner
and to the IRS no later than the end of January and February, respectively
in the subsequent calendar year. Sweepstakes information and winner's name
will be available for inspection at the offices of Ascendant Media in Nashville, TN during normal business hours, or
can be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope along with
the request to Ascendant Media, Inc., 810 Dominican Dr., Nashville, TN 37228.
Void where prohibited. Employees, associates or interns of Ascendant Media,
Inc. (the owner and operator of EZsweeps), Film House, GoZing,
their affiliates, subsidiaries or agents, and the immediate families of each
are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. The term immediate families
include spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
We are not responsible for any incorrect information entered in this sweepstakes,
from whatever cause, and assume no responsibility for the same, even if caused
by an error related to or caused by our equipment or technology. Entry into
this sweepstakes and/or acceptance of a prize constitutes a release of Ascendant
Media, Film House, GoZing, any of their parent
of affiliated corporations, and all officers, directors, employees and agents
of the same from any and all claims, losses or causes of action of any kind
whatsoever in connection with the sweepstakes or any prizes awarded. By claiming
a prize, a winner consents to the use, without additional compensation, of
his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice for promotion and/or advertising
purposes, except where prohibited by law. Winner will be required to furnish
an affidavit of eligibility and release.
Any person or sweepstakes entrant who, either directly or indirectly, tampers
with, hacks into or in any other fashion attempts to manipulate any portion
of this website, its database or any other database or website involved in
the operation or administration of this sweepstakes will be disqualified.

OFFICIAL RULES.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
1. PROMOTION PERIOD: January 1, 2003 - December 31, 2005.
2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, during the entry
period subscriber must participate in a unique survey provided by clicking
through an email link to the survey hosted by goZing market
research partners and submitting a valid, unduplicated name and email address
on the form provided by Sponsor. Failure to complete the survey form as described
will cause entry to be void. Entries for a drawing must be made within the
times and dates specified above to qualify for the drawing. Unique entries
in a drawing will not be included in any subsequent drawing

3. DRAWING AND AWARDING OF PRIZES: One-Hundred (100)
random drawings will be conducted by Sponsor each calendar month, during
the Promotion Period, from all eligible entries received in that calendar
month to award the prize. All prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning a drawing
depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that drawing.
Drawing will be held by Sponsor within ten (10) days after the last day of
each calendar month.
4. PRIZES: Each drawing will award $50.00 (fifty dollars)
via Paypal or the equivalent cash amount in the form of Buy.com Gift Certificates.
No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfer or prizes permitted except
at the sole discretion of Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute
a prize of comparable or greater value in the event the offered prize is
unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for payment of taxes
on prizes and for any other expenses related to acceptance and use of prize
not specifically stated.
5. ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Sponsor, its survey hosting
partner, any company affiliated with any survey offering, or any affiliated
advertising and/or promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouse,
parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and individuals
living in the same household at such employees are ineligible. Void where
prohibited or restricted by law.
6. NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified via e-mail
and/or US or express mail and may be required to complete and sign and Affidavit
of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, A Publicity Release,
which must be returned, properly executed, within 10 days of issuance of
prize notification. If these documents are not returned within the time period
or the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited
and awarded to an alternate winner.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants
agree a) to these Official rules and the decisions of Sponsor and its agents
as final in all matters relating to the promotion; and b) that Sponsor, its
agents, representatives will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries,
losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Promotion
or acceptance, possession or use of any prize, and c) if a winner, grants
Sponsor to post name as a winner on Sponsor’s web site, or in other promotional
materials without additional compensations. Sponsor is not responsible for
printing or typographical errors in any Promotion related materials, or for
stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries
of mail. If the Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that there is any
suspected or actual electronic tampering with the promotion, the Sponsor,
and its sole discretion, reserves the right to void any entries submitted
fraudulently or cancel or modify the Promotion. Any attempt by an entrant
or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine
the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and
civil laws and should such as attempt to be made, the sponsor reserves the
right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest

for incorrect entry of information by entrants, or technical malfunctions
