Eligibility:
Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who have valid Internet access prior to the date that the Sweepstakes is announced, and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Lifetime Entertainment Services (“Sponsor”), MarketRange, Inc., EZSweeps.com, Orbitz LLC, The Fairmont Miramar Hotel Santa Monica, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies (collectively, “Released Parties”) and their immediate family members (mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and spouse) and/or those living in the same household of any of the foregoing are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

How To Participate:
Between 10:00:01AM ET on 10/1/04 and 9:59:59AM ET on 11/1/04 (“Promotion Period”), visit: 1.) www.lifetimetv.com, fully complete the online entry form in accordance with the instructions provided, and click on the “Submit” button to receive one Sweepstakes entry; or 2.) www.ezsweeps.com, select the Lifetime Television tab and click on the enter button to receive one Sweepstakes entry. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes only. Entrants must provide a valid e-mail address to enter. Limit one entry per person and per valid e-mail address per day. Additional entries received from any person or e-mail address during any one day of this Sweepstakes will be void. For the purpose of this Sweepstakes each day will begin at 12:00:00AM ET and end at 11:59:59PM ET with the exception of 10/1/04 which will begin at 10:00:01AM ET and 11/1/04 which will end at 9:59:59AM ET. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof (to Sponsor’s satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, or misdirected entries; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections including those through and/or by www.lifetimetv.com or www.ezsweeps.com; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; printing errors appearing within these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, technical, electronic or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes. The use of automated entry devices, with the exception of entry on www.ezsweeps.com as set forth above is prohibited.

Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on/about 11/12/04. Winners will be notified by telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail on/about 11/12/04. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prizes:
(1) Grand Prize: 3-day/2-night hotel stay for 2 at The Fairmont Miramar Hotel Santa Monica, including breakfast daily for 2, and one dinner for 2 (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”= $1,600); round trip air transportation for 2 provided by Orbitz.com from major airport near winner’s residence (ARV=$800); and transportation to/from airport (Total Approximate Retail Value=$2400). Actual value of prize may vary depending on winner’s city of departure. Travel arrangements to be determined by Sponsor. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must also be at least 18 years of age. Travel subject to hotel availability and holiday/blackout dates; and other restrictions may apply. Trip must be taken no later than November 1, 2005.

Miscellaneous:
No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability and then for a prize of equal or greater value. Federal, state and local taxes and all other expenses not specified herein are winners’ sole responsibility. Prize winner and their guest will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity Release (the "Affidavit/Releases") within 5 days of issuance of notification. Noncompliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner. If any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Designation of the winner is subject to verification of the Affidavit/Release. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that: 1.) Released Parties and their designees may use (unless prohibited by law) their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or for the purpose of winner announcements on Sponsor’s television programming, web site (and the advertising and/or promotion thereof) and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification and 2.) Released Parties and their designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination or suspension at its discretion, select winners from those eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such termination or suspension.
